WE USE STANDARD SHIPPING WHICH RANGES FROM 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS DEPENDING UPON YOUR LOCATION.

BUSINESS DAYS DO NOT INCLUDE HOLIDAYS AND WEEKENDS

WE DO NOT SHIP ANY PRODUCTS ON SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION:

If a package is returned to company due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home for delivery the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. REBEL BEAUTY BRAND not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer, no refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:

REBEL BEAUTY BRAND is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, REBEL BEAUTY BRAND will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

 

CANCELLING ORDER

Once an order has been submitted, we offer services that allow you to modify or cancel your order if needed. You can utilize these features by creating a Account or logging in. From the “My Orders" tab, please select the order you wish to cancel. Upon a successful cancellation, you will receive notification to your purchase email.

Please note: Any edits or cancellations must be completed before your order has been processed. ALL order cancellation requests must be completed via the self service option provided above as REBEL BEAUTY BRAND is unable to honor any edit/cancellation requests through any customer support channels.

 

REFUND POLICY

We DO NOT offer refunds after the order has been placed due to the nature of the product.

REBEL BEAUTY BRAND is NOT responsible for any discount codes, promotions, fees, or funds lost or forgotten due to failure to input any codes for promotions or orders made without using a promotional link. If a 20% sale starts at 12:00 PM EST, and an order is placed at 11:59 AM EST, the discount code will not be honored as the discount code would have been in place at 12:00 PM EST.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR MISSING PRODUCTS
If your product(s) are damaged, defective, or missing: Email us contact@rebelbeautybrand.com . Please submit photo images of your package, as well as the contents that are damaged/defective. If you are missing a product, submit an image of the items you received.
